Forum access

It seems to me that requiring a user to register with a password should ONLY be required to allow POSTING comments or questions.
If someone just wants to READ questions and/or answers that they would be encouraged to signup if they felt doing so would be of value.

It seems that I fumbled around, trying various things, and NOW IR Toy v2.2 is working. I guess it's an example of how the Bumble Bee, not being aware that it is aerodynamically not properly designed, flys any way.

Or as the saying goes. . ."I've not it, now tell me how to let it go"

Further searching led me to a Firmware update which implied that it would work with ANY o/s. I have windows. Downloaded it, read and re-read the firmware instuctions. Okay. . .I now see Com 3 as a port when I unplug and plug-in the IRToy. Does this mean I have a driver loaded/installed for it.
