Re: LearnIR with Pulseview
Thanks for the suggestion of the Logic Analyser. I found the same one on Amazon for a similar price and it has just arrived. After a bit of messing around I managed to get it to work as shown below: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51399887621_798d9c4c6f_b.jpg As you can see i've managed to succe...

Re: LearnIR with Pulseview
I think that sounds like the right way to go then. I know you wouldn't be affiliated or probably 'supposed' to recommend one but... what would you recommend? :D As I say I was considering just getting a USB IR Toy, but if a logic analyser is the better way to go/might have other useful uses then I'm...

Re: LearnIR with Pulseview
Sorry I think you've missed the 1st point properly.. I'm showing the humax code that Is coming from the original remote and then comparing to the code coming out of the IR blaster. the B&O 455khz is not what I'm trying to show in PV :-) It seems PV Is hugely overcomplicated. I had hoped you'd ju...

Thanks for the reply, I do appreciate that you've replied to every question I've posted! I'm sorry I don't always understand the reply I get! In AnalysIR I have recorded with the LearnIR device a code, It is the down button for a Humax remote. LearnIR with Pulseview
Hi Guys, I have purchased AnalysIR and a LearnIR, i asked a question over on github about how they were getting nice pictures of IR signals and your account kindly mentioned it was Pulseview. I can see from example files you're probably right as it shows nicely annotated IR signals. My problem is I ...

Re: IR demodulator circuit
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I'm quite new to IR and trying to understand it, I'd also not used a scope before 2 days ago! I've posted a picture below of what the signal seems to look like. hopefully it's useful? https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51349875402_13286539ae_o.jpg If i reuse the sketch on ...

IR demodulator circuit
Hi All, Short question: Simplistically, I want to demodulate (I think) an IR signal. Longer question: Say for example I use a TSOP38238, connected to an arduino, connected to the PC and fire up AnalysIR. I can push the down key on a remote pointed at it and on AnalysIR see the hex code 0008A857 - wh...

Request for a custom export to CSV file option
Hi All, First time post here. :D I bought the software yesterday and have to say, once I got my head around it, it seems to do what it says on the can! ha, if only Microsoft could make software like this!!! I'm trying to do a very specific thing where I build up a IR code mapping for a Bang & Ol...
