Raw data unrecognized by air conditioner

So I s'i sending its signals via my smartphone will run.
but how the smartphone knows the current status of AC, how grérer feedback between AC and application?
NB, I want to perform these test on home air conditioning

Most if not all AC remotes usually dont know the status of the AC Unit.

That is why they send the full configuration in every IR signal and thus the very long signals.
(In case a previous signal was not received)
