When I upgraded to latest w10, I kept my windows.old folder.
When I tried to run analysIR it asked for Licence Key which I misplaced it two years ago.
My question is the program was running OK, until I upgraded. Why is that.
I am trying to access it from windows.old is that is the reason ???

How can I fix it ? I contacted support but no response so far !!!

I understand this has been resolved.

Significant changes to OS or PC hardware, may require a new key to be issued. In such cases just contact support via email with the new signature & using the original email address used during registration.

Yes...it was resolved and I understand the reasons for such procedure.
